Our History

CosmanParkes was formed by Mike Cosman and Helen Parkes in April 2014, in the aftermath of the Pike River Mine disaster and subsequent enquiries, as a means of providing a different approach to health and safety consultancy based on a professional services model. After 8 years of phenomenal support from our growing range of clients we are recognised leaders in delivering high quality advice and support across a wide range of topics and sectors. In April 2020, due to a change in personal circumstances, Helen left the business to take up another role . CosmanParkes continues with Mike  offering the same quality of service .
