My reviews are based on international best practice and published standards but are not constrained by checklists and templates. As an accredited SafePlus assessor I am are able to hold a mirror up to your organisation against the three key themes of Leadership, Risk Management and Worker Engagement and provide a robust picture of your strengths and areas for improvement.
Ie don’t believe health and safety is about “off the shelf” manuals or systems. I think that the way you manage health and safety should reflect the way you operate your business. I tailor reviews to your business needs. I’ll support you through the review process, and will provide you with a report that contains practical recommendations to support you to improve – where necessary. I use plain English, and when I need to use jargon, I’ll explain it.
I also conduct due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions, for receivers or other interested parties.
